We control the budget and schedule
We work on a T&M (time and material) basis, so you know what you need to deliver, when and how much it will cost. Each task is portioned into smaller elements and undergoes a prior time estimation.
We hold daily or weekly progress sessions, so you don’t miss out on any information, and we confirm the previous forecasts on an ongoing basis.
Monitoring progress
After we’ve determined the most efficient way to reach your goal together, we begin continuously tracking the results to let you improve your project on an ongoing basis. If necessary, we will rethink the initial targets and change direction.

Our process is perfect for remote work, it’s flexible when needed and it delivers proven results. Years of experience are turned into a repeatable process.
Estimation of the scope and expenses
Right at the start of our cooperation, we’ll give you an estimate of the time and budget needed to complete the project. You’ll know the order of magnitude, with an accuracy of plus or minus 50%. We’re open about our offer, to avoid you wasting your time and effort on a project you don’t have the resources for.
Analysis and planning
The analysis phase (research & discovery) lasts a maximum of one month. During this time, we plan 2 or 3 series of online workshops. Next, we develop a project backlog with tasks and user stories, as well as documentation covering the requirements and the methods of integration with external systems.
The finished document allows us to accurately define the project budget, schedule and the anticipated team needed for its implementation. The developed project materials belong to you and can be used to negotiate a quote for programming services with other technology providers.
Development
We run the project in two-week sprints. General tasks are broken down into smaller ones, and the cost is estimated (we guarantee an accuracy of plus or minus 20%). As a product owner, you have direct contact with the team. We organise daily meetings to keep you informed about the progress. At each stage, we also provide you with a demo of the work that has been done. After each sprint is complete, we run a retrospective to find ways of improving the process from sprint to sprint, and we constantly test our targets.
