We read the documents you send us
We’ll check your CV, learn about your previous experience and work. If we see that you might fit into our team, we’ll call you!
We want to get to know you
We’ll invite you for a 30-minute preliminary interview, during which we’ll learn about your expectations and motivations. Are we on the same wavelength? Then we’ll be happy to meet you in the next recruitment stage.
Meeting with the team
During an hour-long online meeting, we’ll discuss the task you have prepared. The team will ask you questions (also in English), and you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your approach.
We announce the results
This is the time when we’ll invite you to join our team or, if our expectations differ, we’ll give you feedback and explain our decision.
