In the heart of the healthcare industry, ZARYS International Group experienced a major difficulty. As a manufacturer of disposable medical equipment with nearly 10,000 products, ZARYS served wholesalers, healthcare facilities, and hospitals across 60 countries on three continents. Their diverse range of products included everything from specialized medical devices to everyday necessities like gowns, needles, and gloves.

Problem: Business customers often faced challenges in quickly placing orders and understanding product availability. ZARYS needed a better way to make the ordering process easier for them. Orders were being taken over the phone or by mail, which was inefficient and risked mistakes.

Solution: A sleek, intuitive B2B online platform that would let customers order medical equipment online, and see real-time product availability. Together with company Hostersi, we focused on developing a full-featured ecommerce store from scratch using Shopware and Azure, supported by accurate integrations. This platform was designed to serve ZARYS’s large-order business customers such as hospitals.


 

PS: We’ve also made it easy to keep all product-related data displayed on ecommerce (including descriptions, names, and images) updated and accurate. Hostersi’s expertise was crucial in establishing the infrastructure for Shopware on Azure. They configured servers and deployed an optimal hosting environment focused on performance, scalability, and security.
