Estimation of the scope and expenses

Right at the start of our cooperation, we’ll give you an estimate of the time and budget needed to complete the project.

Analysis and planning

The analysis phase (research & discovery) lasts a maximum of one month. During this time, we plan 2 or 3 series of online workshops. Next, we develop a project backlog with tasks and user stories, as well as documentation covering the requirements and the methods of integration with external systems. The finished document allows us to accurately define the project budget, schedule and the anticipated team needed for its implementation.

Development

We run the project in two-week sprints. General tasks are broken down into smaller ones, and the cost is estimated (we guarantee an accuracy of plus or minus 20%). As a product owner, you have direct contact with the team. We organise daily meetings to keep you informed about the progress. At each stage, we also provide you with a demo of the work that has been done. After each sprint is complete, we run a retrospective to find ways of improving the process from sprint to sprint, and we constantly test our targets.
